Project overview
The Trump International Hotel & Tower project is located on the site of the former Sun-Times building in Chicago, Ill. Originally designed as a multi-use building, planners nixed office space as residential sales skyrocketed. With residential units on the 89th floor, Trump Tower will hold the record for the world’s highest residences above ground level. STS is the Geotechnical Engineer of Record for the project and continues to provide quality assurance services during construction. |
