Project overview
Slated to be the tallest hotel in Las Vegas at 50 stories, the MGM MIRAGE’s CityCenter development will include a hotel/casino, retail, entertainment, restaurants, residential and boutique hotels. In the first of three phases, STS provided geotechnical peer review services for the original foundations of the hotel tower and casino.
Fast-track construction will continue through November 2009. Future phases to be reviewed by STS include five 40-story residential towers and a 10-story parking garage.
