Project overview
At 62 stories, One Museum Park will be Chicago’s tallest all-residential building, boasting unobstructed views from every home. Museum Park, part of the Central Station development in Chicago’s near south side, stands on some of the city’s most challenging soil conditions. STS provided comprehensive geotechnical services from exploration through construction observation for the Museum Park buildings. Construction on One Museum Park began in 2005 and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008.
