STS has been a leader in high-rise underground engineering and construction services for nearly 60 years. Owners, design teams and constructors from around the world rely on our specialized engineering professionals to optimize their high-rise foundations.

Our Midwest engineering experience includes more than 100 high-rises in downtown Chicago, more than a dozen high-rises in Minneapolis, and work in Detroit, Grand Rapids and Milwaukee. STS also has an international presence, working with some of the best design teams and construction firms on the tallest buildings in the world.

In 2006, we opened an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates one of the fastest growing high-rise markets in the world. Our underground engineering team of geotechnical experts has strong structural engineering backgrounds resulting in value-driven, yet practical recommendations and solutions that are easily integrated into total building design parameters.
